About: Big. Brutish. Beastly. That's how most would describe one Waylon Jones. A hideous melding of man and reptile that skulks around Gotham. Though he isn't without his human side, it's buried deep withen years of hate and abuse, followed by random outbursts of devolved animalistc aggression leftover from Black Mask's brainwashing attempt. He's currently working under the employ of Penguin in hopes of curing the beforementioned animalistic outbursts.

About: Colorblind artist that couldn't make it into the big leagues, taking out his bitterness on the world with a pair of high tech goggles given him power over the color spectrum that he can't even see. Though he does have his soft spot regarding precious artwork, and those appreciative of his own artwork.

About: Who is the puppet and who is the puppetmaster? Hard to tell with this defunt duo. Arnold Wesker, a timid and cowardly man, being bossed around by his other half, a gangster puppet by the name of Scarface. Don't take them lightly though, or you might just end up with some lead in your skull!
