At ARFD's present plot point, the Birds of Prey are a close-knit group. They operate out of Kord Tower in Gotham City: several safe houses spread throughout the city, all posing as apartments or businesses, give access to secure tunnels that, when activated, house high-speed conveyor belts that ferry agents to the secret sub-level elevator that rises to the secure, secret third story of the tower's crown. Situated above an observation deck and a world-renowned Italian restaurant respectively is where Oracle operates with her in-house tech expert, Savant and his boyfriend, Creote as a personal bodyguard. The tower has miraculous resources and its own private hangars with vehicles aerial, nautical and terrestrial.
Presently it is believed throughout the superhero and supervillain communities that Oracle is dead, killed by the Calculator. The Birds of Prey allegedly have a tech jocky that they hired in this case operating in a similar capacity as Oracle did, but to the wider world she is no more. Only a very select few know that Oracle is actually alive, working without the villains seeing her coming, supporting primarily the Bat-family and Birds of Prey. That list includes: Bruce Wayne/Batman, Dick Grayson/Batman, Tim Drake/Red Robin, Stephanie Brown/Batgirl, Alfred Pennyworth, Damian Wayne/Robin, Dinah Lance/Black Canary, Helena Bertinelli/Huntress, Zinda Blake/Lady Blackhawk, Dawn Granger/Dove, Hank Hall/Hawk and Kate Spencer/Manhunter. (Technically Selina Kyle/Catwoman is aware, also, but just because she could tell Dinah and Helena were lying about her death.)
