Werewolves, vampires, faeries, and dragons
all have one thing in common.
They do not exist or so you think.

Crossroads city in the beautiful state
of California is the home to many.
With towering skyscrapers and crowded night clubs,
Crossroads seems like the perfect place
for anyone seeking a city life.
And that is anyone.

Ever since Crossroads was built,
supernatural creatures of all types have lived amongst the
humans who are unaware of their supernatural neighbors.

They lived peacefully until the year 1911
when a group of creatures calling themselves the Rogues,
attempted to wipe out the humans in Crossroads,
resulting in a war amongst the creatures.
With the humans caught in the middle.

A few brave humans decided to join the creatures,
calling themselves Hunters of the Dark.
As a gift the creatures made an elixir to make
the humans stronger and faster.

With their help, they defeated the rogues
sending them into hiding,
they stayed in the shadows for many years
plotting their revenge and slowly killing humans.

It wasn’t until forty years after the war
did the rogues resurface, killing more and
more humans, and anyone who stood in their way
of ridding the world of humans.

Now 2011 the threat of the rogues is stronger then ever,
hunters still train and fight to protect the innocent.
The humans still remain unaware of the supernatural beings.

Crossroads has become a party city,
bringing in people and creatures from all walks of life.
The good and the bad
