A year has passed since the death of Gotham's white knight, Harvey Dent. The Joker has long since disappeared. Criminal activity has died down almost entirely, while the dark knight has evaded capture from the Gotham PD by staying completely out of sight.
Gotham is at peace, once more.
However, the arrival of a much more prominent threat - one that cannot be broken from within is on the rise. After a catastrophic attack on the memorial of Harvey Dent, they made their move.
Bane, an enemy so futile, so powerful, that he could break they very spirit of a city - Gotham City.
As he and his followers come to a rise, the dark knight faces the worst of his enemies - the one that could ultimately break his wings and make him fall.
