Anybody else been enjoying these? I don't buy toys very much anymore, but I do like seeing them at Target and my local comic shop. I really think that DC Direct/Collectibles (RIP) and Mattel did a much better job with the scaling of their figures, but some of these have been pretty nice. I have a link from Toyark that shows some of their recent stuff below. news.toyark.com/2021/03/19/zack-snyders-justice-league-dc-multiverse-figures-additional-pre-orders-421264/So, are these better than what the other companies did? Do you hope they keep the license longer? Discuss here.

Not sure how I feel on scale and proportions (For example Joker stands taller than your average marvel legend and yet my arkham Killer Croc is shorter than them) but I must say the sculptwork at least has been impressive from what I've seen so far.

I do like them but I miss the older waves. These have been super Batman-centric but I appreciate how the molds reflect different art styles. Also, I'm with you on the scale! My Batgirl is, scale-wise, a foot taller than my Nightwing that came right before McFarlane took over the brand (though I can't say if Dick has a thing for taller women or not lol)

You have to give McFarlane a lot of credit for basically defining the "adult collector" action figure market, but the issue is he hasn't really moved his technique out of the 90's. People have been wanting DC figures to go with their Marvel Legends for years now and with the scaling of this line, some of his figures don't even go with each other. I'm a big sucker for NECA stuff, so I'd like to say they would have done better, but at the same time they wouldn't meet the demands that fans of a comic book universe line would have in the way of the amount of stuff that gets pushed out each year along with both distribution and affordability. We'd be getting like a single hero figure every four months with hope for a villain occasionally. The last Mattel wave that they put out with the Killer Croc Build-a-Figure was so sick. www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBiSd7Mxp6k

Apparently McFarlane is bringing back DC Direct now, so hopefully we'll get figures that are outside of that cumbersome 7" inch scale now.
