Some remark that Metropolis 'never gets dark' and with Superman protecting the city, criminals have to be very cunning to make progress.

Gotham City is dark and muggy, a breeding ground for crime, gangs and the criminally insane. With so many villains threatening the very existence of Gotham, it's fairly logical that Batman, along with a whole host of protégé have dedicated their lives to protecting it.

Bludhaven is one of the darkest cities in the US. Without a prominent hero to clean up the streets, crime has been left free to breed and take over.

Home of the ever-popular 'Arrow Family'. Green and Red Arrow prowl the streets alongside others such as Black Canary, dueling the rogue villains that assail the city.
